PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

 

PRE-ORDERS

Currently all apparel and select accessories/trinkets are pre-order items, which we complete in the order that they are received. In situations were we have orders totaling 40 preorders, we cap orders on these items so that items can be shipped in a timely manner. Once orders are caught up and shipped, we will open preorders again. We strive to complete and ship pre-order items within 30 days unless stated otherwise on the item's listing, and your order's status can be viewed on our pre-order spreadsheet.


SHIPPING INFORMATION ~ PLEASE READ

All stickers are shipped internationally and within the US in stamped envelopes to keep shipping affordable. Our stickers will arrive with protective cardboard within their envelope to ensure a safe journey to their new trinket collector. Our keychains, makeup bags, and prints (and any stickers ordered together with these items) will arrive in a bubble mailer for extra protection.

We will ship in-stock products within 1-3 business days after your purchase, but strive to have them on their way to you as soon as possible. We ship with stamps when we can to keep costs low for our customers. Once shipped, items will typically take 3-7 business days excluding national and postal holidays to arrive at US addresses. However please keep in mind that COVID-19 and holidays may cause further delays.

Crewnecks are made-to-order items and may take up to 30 days to ship, as we are a two-women owned and operated business. Thank you for your patience as we work to produce your apparel! As soon as your crewnecks are done being embroidered (or printed), you will get a notification that they’ve shipped and they will arrive to you within 3-7 business days, excluding holidays.

Also, please remember to double check your address! We will always use the exact address that is provided to us and are not responsible for mistakes. However, if you notice a mistake in your address please contact us as soon as possible and we will correct it! Please understand that once items are shipped, they are out of our control and in the hands of our carrier (currently exclusively USPS). Should your item be lost at the hands of the courier, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their local post office.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are happy to ship overseas! Times may vary depending on the destination, but please note that we are not responsible for any fees or delays caused by customs.

 

PLEASE NOTE

We aim to create high quality products and show them as accurately as possible on our listings. However, monitor colors may vary from how products appear in person!

 

ABOUT CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within the same business day of submitting your order, as we try to get our orders packed and in the mail  (as well as our crewnecks ordered for embroidery/printing) as soon as we're able to. We do not accept returns or exchanges, however if you need to change the address for your order or have any concerns that we can assist with, please contact us and we're happy to help!
